Warren is originally from Australia, father to three girls, 20 years experience in finance and insurance. Started investing in Real Estate in 2010 with single family, discovered multifamily and began investing as an LP in a number of syndications. Began to invest more actively in 2020. 

 Ryan is  currently based in Iowa, father to two boys. Spent 10+ years building and running a construction company that built class A multifamily. Shifted to acquiring and operating multifamily properties in 2020.
